Yesterday we took the kids strawberry picking (yum!) to a local farm. It was warm and muggy, but the kids enjoyed picking (and eating!) the strawberries.
I was surprised to see a lot of spiders hiding under the strawberry plants. Yes, I almost screamed a few times! So in honour of those spiders that I disturbed, I thought would add the Spooky Spider Halloween Crochet Pattern to the Softiez Pattern Shop today. This spider is the perfect companion for a night of Halloween trick-or-treating, or a great addition to your fall decorations. The pattern is available here.
I've just finished new patterns for spring. Bugs! Over the next week or so I'll be adding the patterns to the Pattern Shop.
The first bug is Buzzy the Bumblebee. This bee will brighten your day each time you see his smiling face! I have my bee sitting on a sunny windowsill.
Buzzy the Bumblebee is a great pattern for beginners who want to practice basic colour changes. Check out the details for Buzzy the Bumblebee here.
Can you guess which bug pattern I'll be posting next? I'll give you a hint....it has spots!
Until next time,
Welcome! My name is Lisa Bosch, and I'm the soft toy designer of Softiez patterns.
